[Image Description: Background is several triangles in a circle like a pie alternating from true red, scarlet and black. A robin is sitting on his perch looking to the right.

Bottom Text: “”SO WHAT YOU’RE SAYING IS THAT YOU WON’T.””]
A quick robin phrase guide:
"I am not allowed to do this." = "Corporate/store/etc. policy says I can’t do this. If I do this, I will get written up and possibly fired."
"I am not allowed to do this." =/= "I am just choosing not to do this because I want to screw over customers."
In a retail setting, won’t = can’t = “HOLY FUCK I AM FOLLOWING CORPORATE/STORE/ETC. POLICY BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO FUCKING GET FIRED. IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, CALL CORPORATE/STORE/ETC. CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR POLICIES THERE BECAUSE I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS.”
It’s really not that hard, customers.
